City’s Mobile Office heads to Oakglen and Shirley Park

Next week the City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will be taking municipal services to the Nederduitsch Hervormde Kerk in Oakglen on Thursday, 7 November 2024 and to the Nederduitse Gereformeerde Kerk in Shirley Park on Friday, 8 November 2024. Residents will have access to a wide range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity.
The details of the visit are as follows:
• Thursday, 7 November 2024, from 09:00 to 13:00 at the Nederduitsch Hervormde Kerk, 18 – 10 Meerlust Street, Oakglen
• Friday, 8 November 2024, from 09:00 to 13:00 at the Nederduitse Gereformeerde Kerk, De La Bat, 29 Herta Louw Street, Shirley Park
The City’s Customer Relations Department’s mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide range of enquiries ranging from rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries.
‘We are pleased to be taking the mobile office to Oakglen and Shirley Park communities; they too will get to experience the effectiveness of these mobile offices as their municipal queries are dealt with on the day. May I remind residents to please bring along their ID documents or municipal accounts to help ease the process,’ said/ the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
